홀덤스카우트는 포커 확률과 전략을 학습하기 위한 정보 도구입니다. 게임 참여, 금전 거래, 베팅, 도박장 또는 온라인 도박 사이트 이용을 중개하지 않습니다.

3. 이용자의 책임

• 사용자는 자신의 지역에서 적용되는 법령과 게임 규칙을 확인해야 합니다.
• 계산 결과를 실제 의사결정에 적용할지는 사용자가 독립적으로 판단합니다.
• 브라우저에 저장된 기록을 보관하거나 백업할 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.

4. 금지 행위

5. 지식재산권

서비스의 자체 제작 코드, 디자인, 문구와 브랜드에 관한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 포커의 일반 규칙, 수학 공식과 공개 사실 자체에 독점권을 주장하지 않습니다.

6. 서비스 변경과 중단

기능 개선, 보안, 유지보수, 외부 서비스 변경 또는 운영상 필요에 따라 기능을 수정하거나 일시·영구 중단할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 가능한 범위에서 사이트에 안내합니다.

7. 책임 제한

운영자는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 계산 오차, 데이터 손실, 서비스 중단, 사용자의 게임 결과나 금전적 손실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하지 않는 범위까지 책임을 제한하지는 않습니다.

2. Nature of the service

HoldemScouter is an informational tool for learning poker probability and strategy. It does not broker game participation, money transfers, betting, casinos, or online gambling services.

3. User responsibility

• Check the laws and game rules that apply in your location.
• Independently decide whether to use any output in a real decision.
• Take responsibility for preserving or backing up records stored in your browser.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Violating law or promoting or brokering illegal gambling
• Attacking the service or creating excessive automated load
• Copying, selling, or impersonating service code, content, or branding without rights
• Violating another person's rights or privacy

5. Intellectual property

Rights in original service code, design, copy, and branding belong to the operator or their lawful owners. No exclusive ownership is claimed over general poker rules, mathematical formulas, or public facts themselves.

6. Changes and availability

Features may be changed, temporarily suspended, or discontinued for improvement, security, maintenance, changes to external services, or operational needs. Material changes will be announced on the site where practical.

7. Limitation of liability

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the operator is not responsible for calculation errors, data loss, service interruption, game outcomes, or financial losses. Liability is not limited where applicable law does not allow such a limitation.
